After more than 25 years in professional kitchens, I decided it was time to create something that truly reflected who I am as a chef and the kind of experiences I want to share with others. This business is more than catering or selling pantry products. It's about bringing Southern hospitality to every home, every celebration, and every meal.
Growing up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast shaped the way I cook. The food here tells a story of family, resilience, and culture. It blends Southern comfort with Coastal freshness, Creole tradition, and the belief that the best recipes are meant to be shared. Those influences can be found in everything we create, from our handcrafted biscuit mixes and signature seasonings to our catering menus and family-style meals.
One of the things I'm most excited about is introducing The Pantry Collection. These are the products I reach for in my own kitchen—the blends, mixes, and staples that make cooking approachable without sacrificing flavor. Whether you're preparing a weeknight dinner or hosting friends for the holidays, I want these products to help you create meals you're proud to serve.
