Welcome to Dannie Does Food & Events.

I'm Chef Daniel Landry, and for more than 25 years, food has been at the center of my life. Growing up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, I learned early that the best meals are about more than what's on the plate rather they're about bringing people together, celebrating life's milestones, and creating memories that last long after the table is cleared.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of leading professional kitchens, creating menus, catering special events, and sharing my passion for Southern cooking with communities across the Gulf Coast. Along the way, I've come to believe that great food should feel both comforting and memorable, honoring tradition while embracing creativity.

Dannie Does Food & Events was created to bring those values together under one roof. Whether I'm preparing an intimate dinner, catering a wedding, teaching a cooking class, or crafting a new blend for The Pantry Collection, every recipe is made with care, quality ingredients, and genuine Southern hospitality.

My cooking is inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Mississippi, Louisiana, and the Gulf Coast where Creole flavors, fresh ingredients, and family recipes come together around the table. From handcrafted biscuit mixes and signature seasonings to full-service catering and custom events, my goal is simple: create food that people remember and moments they'll want to relive.
